AAC PATHFINDER TACTICAL INSPECTION 2023
Perliza Uistean Jois Padilla, my youngest daughter, proudly serves as a member of the AAC Officers Corp at the Adventist Academy Cebu. Recognizing the significance of preparing young individuals for future responsibilities, the academy emphasizes the importance of training in leadership and discipline. By equipping youths with these essential qualities, they are better prepared to serve the vineyard of God and make a positive impact in their later years.
The AAC Officers Corp program at the academy provides a platform for Perliza and her fellow students to develop their leadership abilities. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical experiences, and mentorship, they gain a deep understanding of effective leadership principles and strategies. They learn how to inspire and guide others, make sound decisions, and take responsibility for their actions.
Moreover, the academy places a strong emphasis on discipline as a foundational pillar for success. By instilling a sense of self-discipline and self-motivation in young individuals like Perliza, they are empowered to overcome obstacles, stay focused on their goals, and maintain a strong moral compass. FIREWORKS DISPLAY AAC’s 93rd FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

Notably, my own personal connection with the institution adds a layer of sentimentality to the celebration, as I had the privilege of attending AAC, formerly EVA, during my formative years. Witnessing my daughter, who is currently a diligent grade 10 student at this esteemed institution, follow in my footsteps brings forth a sense of pride and fulfillment.
One of the highlights of the commemorative event was the uplifting Saturday chapel service, which left an indelible impression on all attendees. The message delivered during the service was nothing short of inspiring, evoking a deep sense of spiritual enrichment among the audience. It was a truly blessed experience, leaving a lasting impact on my heart and soul.
In addition to the spiritual aspect, the event showcased the exceptional talents and leadership capabilities of AAC’s students. Throughout the program, the students exuded a remarkable level of poise and confidence, showcasing their innate leadership qualities. Their performances were nothing short of awe-inspiring, captivating the audience’s attention and garnering well-deserved applause.
The worship session, in particular, was a captivating experience, immersing the attendees in a profound sense of reverence and devotion. The music that resonated throughout the chapel was of an exceptional caliber, showcasing the talents of the students and their remarkable dedication to their craft. The violin team, in particular, left an indelible impression with their flawless renditions of intricate musical pieces. Their performance exuded a level of professionalism that surpassed expectations, leaving the audience enthralled with each note.
All in all, the 93rd founding anniversary celebration of AAC, formerly EVA, was a resounding success, filled with heartfelt moments, spiritual enlightenment, and impressive displays of talent. It served as a testament to the institution’s commitment to nurturing not only the academic growth of its students but also their spiritual and artistic development.
PRC ONLINE OATH TAKING FOR REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON
After a prolonged period of anticipation, the momentous occasion is now within reach. However, the process of taking the oath presents its own set of challenges, as it demands a great deal of patience in waiting for scheduled dates. Acquiring PRC accreditation as a Real Estate Salesperson is a daunting task that requires a significant investment of time, effort, and perseverance. In the past, this profession was often associated with retirees, but the industry has undergone a significant transformation, and the profession has taken on a new level of dynamism and complexity.

As someone who is passionate about this field, I express my utmost admiration and respect for the industry leaders who have demonstrated exceptional vision and dedication in their efforts to professionalize the real estate industry. Their unwavering commitment to excellence has not only elevated the status of the profession but also ensured its relevance in today’s ever-evolving market.
Thank God No Power Interruption
The program was a success due to the excellent management and technical support provided by the staff. While the audio and video quality may not have been perfect, the online initiative was a triumph, and the event will undoubtedly be remembered as a significant achievement.
We were fortunate that there were no power interruptions during the program as this would have undoubtedly caused further delays and frustration, necessitating the scheduling of another event.
Overall, the success of the program is a testament to the organizers’ and staff’s hard work, dedication, and attention to detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. This accomplishment is worthy of gratitude and recognition, and we can only hope that future events will be just as successful.
RENTAL TRAINING HELD AT SACRED HEART CENTER
Rental Training at Sacred Heart Center April 12, 2023
With over 300 rent managers in attendance, the event held at Sacred Heart Center on April 12, 2023, was a resounding success.
The training featured a comprehensive lineup of industry experts, including three distinguished speakers and three panelists who participated in the interview portion of the event. Each speaker brought their unique perspective and experience to the table, providing attendees with invaluable insights and practical advice.
From start to finish, the training was packed with actionable information that rent managers could use to elevate their rental business. The speakers covered a wide range of topics, including property management strategies, tenant screening techniques, and effective communication with renters.
The panelists also played a crucial role in the training, sharing their personal experiences and addressing audience questions. Through their contributions, attendees gained a deeper understanding of the rental business and the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
Overall, the training with Filipino Homes was a fantastic opportunity for rent managers to learn from experts in the field, network with peers, and gain valuable knowledge that will help them succeed in the competitive rental industry. With the skills and insights gained from this event, attendees can take their rental businesses to new heights and achieve greater success.
