On January 30, 2024, we embarked on a site visit to Eastland Subdivision located in Liloan. This visit followed our attendance at the Aduna Beach Villa Open House in Danao City earlier in the day. As we traversed the area, we were struck by the picturesque scenery of Phase 2 of the subdivision, adorned with stunning houses. Despite ongoing construction activities in certain units, it was evident that the development was nearing completion, with only a handful of units remaining available for sale.
